These teacher terms explain how tutors may create a profile, respond to student requests, conduct trial classes, and communicate through Tuit121. By creating or using a teacher account, you agree to these terms.
2. Teacher responsibilities

- Keep your profile, meeting links, pricing, and schedule current.
- Deliver classes professionally, safely, and as agreed with the student.
- Protect student information and never misuse platform communications.
3. Verification and account status
We may request identity, education, or other verification documents. Submission does not guarantee approval. Tuit121 may limit visibility or suspend access while information is reviewed or where safety, accuracy, or policy concerns arise.
4. Trial classes and payments
A trial class becomes scheduled only after the relevant booking is accepted. Any subscription, fee, cancellation, or refund is subject to the applicable policy and the details shown before payment. Do not request payment outside the agreed service process.
5. Professional conduct
You must not discriminate, harass, mislead, impersonate another person, or share harmful or unlawful material. You are responsible for complying with the laws and professional requirements that apply to your tutoring activity.

You retain responsibility for material you upload or share. You grant Tuit121 permission to display profile and service information as needed to operate the platform. Service messages may be sent about verification, bookings, payments, and account changes.
